You reserve the right to return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days of the date you received it. The company will not accept any return with shipping costs.

Return Conditions:
1. The product must not have been used.
2. The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days, from the moment of receipt.
3. The product must necessarily be accompanied by the necessary legalizing documents and proof of receipt.
4. A necessary condition is that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not suffered wear or damage. The acceptance or non-acceptance of the return will be done after a quality check by our company and the condition of the returned products has been assessed.
5. Discounted products are NOT refunded, only exchanged.
6. If you return a product because a mistake has been made in the shipment, then the costs are borne by the ESHOP www.summesrtyle.gr, but the company must be contacted first.

Before any return you must first contact us in order to record the movement in our records, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products you are returning. The money is deposited from our Eurobank account. There may be deductions from your bank, and possible delay, in the event that your account is with a third bank, other than Eurobank. Our company is not obliged to cover the costs charged (according to the usual practice of banks) by the financial institution with which the customer cooperates when receiving the amounts that are returned.
