We process and send the orders to the courier service within one day provided that the following conditions are met: a) the product is available, b) the payment of the order has been completed c) there is no other reason for the delay (e.g. the need to identify the customer’s details due to use of a suspicious credit card).
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (except holidays). Orders placed in the system on Saturday may go through the approval, preparation and shipping stage on Monday.
Delivery time
Delivery time of orders to the customer is usually 1-3 working days from the day of shipment to the carrier. For hard-to-reach areas, delivery takes place within 3-5 working days.

The charge calculation will be confirmed during the checkout process. The above prices do not include the 24% VAT.
There is also the option of picking up from the store at no extra charge. In order to keep the product, however, it must have been paid for with one of the payment methods.
